360 DAYS

“I’m here to prove what I’ve done the other 360 days of the year.”
– Eva Håkansson

Eva and her husband Bill Dubé built an electric sidecar streamliner motorcycle in their garage. The Road Electric followed them to the Bonneville Salt Flats to find out why. Watch the short video “360 DAYS” – exclusive content from The Road Electric.

In August of 2016, Eva piloted the KillaJoule to a new official speed record of 248.7 mph (400.2 km/h) in the flying mile, with a top speed of 270.224 mph (434.9 km/h) – maintaining the title of being the world’s fastest electric motorcycle.

This beats all previous national and international speed records for electric motorcycles as well as for every type of sidecar motorcycle (including internal combustion-powered sidecar motorcycles).

Eva continues to hold the title of the world’s fastest female motorcycle rider.
